Wonderfully renovated five Bedroom five Bath home with Private pool and is located between the beach and the IOP marina, only 1 1/2 blocks to beach access path! It's in a quiet area of the Isle of Palms on a large lot at the end of a cul-de-sac, perfect for privacy and relaxation. This three story home has updates throughout. The 1st level has a bedroom with two queen beds and a bath with both interior and exterior doors to access. This level has a large, wraparound tile/concrete porch area, most of which remains dry as it is located underneath the upper deck. The 2nd "main level" of the house has a open floor plan with the kitchen centrally located next to the dining room and between two separate living/den areas. There are plenty of choices when it's eating time, the dining room table, a large granite slab to gather around, and/or if you prefer dining/cooking outside there is a outdoor table, chairs and a grill easily accessible just outside the kitchen door located on the deck. This deck wraps around with three sets of steps on two sets on the front on either side of home & the 3rd set of steps at the back for easy pool access. On this 2nd level their are also two bedrooms and two baths and a laundry room. Both bedrooms have queen beds. One bedroom has its own bath while the other bedroom is just steps sway from hall bath. The upper level 3rd floor has two master bedrooms and two baths. This level is accessible by two separate staircases leading up to each room for privacy or you can use the hallway between them to go between the rooms or access either set of stairs. Both of these rooms have TVs and one of the baths has a tub/shower combo. On this level is also a loft area set up as a office and/or a playroom for kids. When its time to play, you can walk or ride bikes to the beach, enjoy the shops and restaurants at the front beach business area of the island or travel across the scenic IOP connector or Ben Sawyer blvd drawbridge to visit Mt.
